Project Title: POINSETT/SHAW AFB LMR TOWERProject Location: POINSETT RANGEThis is a construction requirement for the procurement and installation of new Poinsett LRM tower for Shaw AFB, antennas, antenna cables, ice bridge and ground ring. Period of Performance: 240 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed issuance. Competition: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Concern Set Aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238160. The Magnitude of this requirement is valued between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000. ***A site visit is schedule for Thursday, 07 May 2026 / 10:00 (local) EST. Site visit location is Rosemary Fire Tower, Sumter, SC 29144. SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE FOR PRIME CONTRACTORS COMPETING FOR AWARD IS MANDATORY! *** ***All questions for this solicitation will be due no later than Thursday, 14 May 2026 / 2:00 P.M. (local) EST. Submit questions to the Contracting Officer, 2nd Lt. Mallory Cary at mallory.cary@us.af.mil and Mr. Carlos Griggs at carlos.griggs.1@us.af.mil.*** ***Answers to questions will be returned no later than Thursday, 21 May / 2:00 P.M.
