Facilities Management and Related Services - 555 East Main Street

Project Description: Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority, (“NRHA”) (“Owner”) is requesting proposals from qualified facilities management or full service corporate real estate firms (“Respondents”) to provide comprehensive facilities management services, including property management, facilities management, capital improvements (limited) and building security, and potentially, additional related services such as space planning and administration, workplace strategy, assistance in relocation of NRHA’s corporate office, brokerage services for the Building and associated grounds located at 555 E Main Street, Norfolk, VA 23510. (as further shown in Exhibit A. NRHA reserves the right to award this contract in whole or in part. Further, NRHA reserves the right to split the award and/or accept or reject all proposals in whole or in part for any reason, at its complete discretion. If the proposal is submitted on an “all or none” basis, it should clearly state so.
