This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines complex.

Policy on Reciprocal Procurement:
This solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner.
Competitive Procurement Strategy: lowest priced compliant bid.

This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers.
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement:
This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.

This contract does not include security requirements.
Optional site visit
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Correctional Service Canada, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines Complex, Technical Services, Building A09: 244, Gibson Blvd, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines (Quebec) J5N 1V8 on September 4, 2025. The site visit will begin at 14:00 EDT, on the outer perimeter.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority kim.lavallee@csc-scc.gc.ca no later than September 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment, but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada is looking for a Contractor to provide snow removal service to the Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines Complex.
Objectives: Provide snow removal service to the Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines Complex.
Deliverables: The Contactor must provide snow removal service to the Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines. These services include but are not limited to: the snow removal and maintenance of the main roads, sidewalks, parking lots and other sectors of Sainte-Annes-des-Plaines complex, application of abrasives and/or ice melters and ice removal. The contractor must provide the labour, supervision, materials, equipment and machinery necessary for the complete and compliant performance of the work requested.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery:
Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of November 1st, 2025, to October 31, 2026, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one-year periods.
