AUDIT SERVICES. The League of Minnesota Cities (LMC), League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT) and Minnesota Municipal Money Market Fund (4M Fund or 4M Program) are requesting proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to audit their financial statements beginning with fiscal year ending 12/31/2026. There are four separate audit engagements; LMC, LMCIT Workers’ Compensation (WC), LMCIT Property/Casualty (P/C), and 4M Fund. For more information, please see the full RFP .
