Project Description: The City of Scottsdale intends to contract with qualified companies to provide vehicle washing services for city vehicles at carwash locations in the vicinity of the following four (4) city facilities with, at a minimum, one (1) commercial vehicle washing/detailing location in proximity to one (1) of these city facilities:
