25-017-7 On-Call Rail Inspection and Repair Services

Project Description: The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (“PhilaPort”) is issuing this Invitation For Bids (“IFB”) to meet the needs of PhilaPort to satisfy a need for On-Call Rail Inspection and Repair Services. The duration of the Contract from the Effective Date shall be a one (1) year base period, with four (4) one-year options exercisable in PhilaPort’s sole discretion. It is the intent of PhilaPort to make one (1) award for the quarterly inspection program and all on-call requirements to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The total maximum contract value of the contract award will be $150,000.00 per year. PhilaPort reserves the right to award by line item if it determines that it
is in the best interest of PhilaPort to do so. Task Orders will be issued to Contractors at PhilaPort’s sole discretion. There is no guarantee that a minimum number of Task Orders will be issued to a Contractor awarded a contract.
