Project Description: Salt Lake County, on behalf of Library Services and the Department of Community Services, “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural/engineering firms “A/E” to provide high quality programming, design, bidding, construction administration and warranty period services for the existing Site C Library Operations Building (Formerly Codale Electric Building), “Project” located at, approximately, 662 W Commerce Park Drive, Midvale, Utah as per the attached map (Exhibit A).
