Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: This project consists of a small remodel of an existing facility. The purpose of this remodel is to provide modified spaces to accept new equipment within the building and to provide enhanced egress. Work includes but its not limited to; installation of new water, sewer and electrical utilities to the facility, installation of process specific equipment and supporting infrastructure for that equipment.
Construction Cost Estimate: $1,344,210.00
