Le CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches requiert des services achetés de transcription de rapports médicaux, par le biais d’un appel d’offres public. La difficulté de remplacement des secrétaires médicales, combinée à l’augmentation du volume d’activités en transcription médicale dans les secteurs des archives et de l’imagerie, a entraîné des retards dans la transcription ainsi qu’un important volume de dictées à rattraper.
