Scope of Services
The School Board of Sarasota County, Florida intends to purchase services for a period of one year for commercial, metal, and shingled roof installation and repair services for all major and minor repairs (regularly found in the roofing field) as required by the Facilities Services Department. Services are to include all materials, labor charges, supervision, equipment, tools, travel, fuel, removal and disposal of refuse from SBSC property in accordance with local and state regulations, and OSHA, Occupational Safety Hazards Act for roofing services.
BID BOND REQUIRED

Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bid bond in an amount no less than five percent (5% - $400,000) of the potential annual value of the bid ($8,000,000).
