The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (Comptroller) invites proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing Certified Educational Assistance Organization (CEAO) services (Services). Services include implementing and operating the Texas Education Savings Account Program (Program). Proposals in response to this RFP may be submitted by any qualified entity (Respondent) able to provide the Services under the terms and conditions of this RFP.
