National Park Service – Sites - Aztec Ruins NM, Carlsbad Caverns NP, Capulin Volcano NM, Chaco Culture NHP, El Malpais NM, El Morror NM, Fort Union NM, Gila Cliff Dwellings NM, Old Santa Fe Trail Building, Pecos NHP, Petroglyph NM, Salinas Pueblo Mission NM, White Sands NP; Following Counties - Bernalillo, Catron, Cibola, Eddy, Mora, Otero, San Juan, San Miguel, Santa Fe, Socorro Torrance and Union; New Mexico.



LOCATION: Aztec Ruins National Monument (1.4 miles N Aztec, NM), Carlsbad Caverns National Park (20 miles SW Carlsbad, NM), Capulin Volcano National Monument (14 miles W Des Moines, NM), Chaco Culture National Historic Park (24 miles SW Nageezi, NM), El Malpais National Monument (4 miles Grants, NM), El Morror National Monument (13 miles SE Ramah, NM), Fort Union National Monument (9 miles N Watrous, NM), Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument (45 miles N Silver City, NM), Old Santa Fe Trail Building (5 miles S Santa Fe, NM), Pecos National Historical Park (27 miles SE Santa Fe, NM), Petroglyph National Monument (8 Miles W Albuquerque, NM), Salinas Pueblo Mission National Monument (66 Miles S Albuquerque, NM), White Sands National Park (52 miles NE Las Cruces, NM).



WORK: This project consists of Crack sealing, patching, application of chip seal and micro surface treatments and pavement marking and other small items of work. See “Description of Work” for additional details



LENGTH: 33.49 Miles



TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: Winter, 2025.



CONTRACT TYPE: Negotiated,



ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $5 Million and $10 Million.

This project will include 3 bid schedules. There will be a Base schedule plus 2 Option(s).
