REQUESTS FOR PROPOSAL AVAILABLE:

Request for Proposal, including response submittal requirements for: PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR THE RESIDENCES AT MAIN VAIL AND TOWN-OWNED UNITS AT TIMBER RIDGE VILLAGE

RESPONSE INFORMATION:

Proposals are due by 4 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) Friday, March 6, 2026.

General Project Description

The Town of Vail (“Town”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Property Management Companies to provide comprehensive property management services for Town-owned employee housing properties. These services will include management of the existing Residences at Main Vail (RMV) and newly acquired units within the Timber Ridge redevelopment.

Questions must be submitted in writing by 4 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) Feb. 20, 2026, to Carlie Smith, Finance Director, at csmith@vail.gov
