Synopsis for upgrade of Pro-Watch

ACC-Rock Island (Blue Grass Army Depot Contracting Office) intends to award a sole source contract to Midwest Alarm Co, INC. for the Honeywell Pro-Watch Corporate Licenses Edition. This software is used for Entry Control Systems at BGAD.
The statutory authority for this sole source acquisition is implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Midwest Alarm Co, INC. is the license distributor of software and hardware related to these entry control systems for Central Kentucky.
The estimated value of the multiple Pro-Watch Software Licenses is $25,500. The license period will be 11 Dec 2024 – 10 Dec 2025. The anticipated award date is approximately November 25, 2024.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Contracting Office at BGAD. Responses must be received by November 18, 2024, 4:00 PM EST. Responses must be submitted electronically to the Contract Specialist, Conner McCracken, at eric.c.mccracken.civ@army.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
