Lease of 3256 County Street Property

The Town of Somerset is seeking proposals for the lease of 10 acres of Town-owned property located at 3256 County Street Somerset, MA for the purposes of Agricultural, Horticultural/or Floricultural Uses (excluding animal husbandry) and accessory retail sales. The Town is interested in leasing for the highest rate possible, however may award the lease to a non-profit or other group or association if the Town determines it is in the best interest to do so. Lease will be triple net, with tenant responsible for maintenance, operating costs, taxes, and insurance.
