The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC or Commission) is soliciting bids from highly qualified contractors to perform Non-Structural Maintenance of Storm Water Facilities including the treatment and/or removal of native and/or non-native invasive plants on Commission Storm Water Facilities and other environmentally sensitive areas.
