Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice per FAR 5.204.



**THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION**



The Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit, located in Chinle, Arizona 86503 has an upcoming requirement for Non-Personal Service Contract (NPSC) for two (2) Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA). The Period of Performance is for one (1) year: date of award through 12 months as a Base plus three (3) Option Periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561320 – Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of $34.





The Request for Quotations No. IHS1502480 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 01/29/2025. Evaluation factors may include:




  • Technical capability to meet the government need ex. how will offeror respond to staff shortages / absenteeism / replacement in providing candidates.

  • Minimum experience/training requirements ex. minimum of one (1) year experience in the specialty required by the contract

  • Professional certifications ex. board certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants that is appropriate to specialty, CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, etc.

Quotes will be due on or by 02/12/2024. This acquisition is unrestricted for full and open competition.
