Batesburg-Leesville does not currently have an Impact Development Fee schedule or associated CIP for General Fund (Police, Fire, Parks, Public Works). The Town has a CIP in place for water and sewer services. The primary purpose of the project is to complete research and assist in creation of an Impact Fee structure and Capital Improvements Plan for the Town’s general fund activities. The project must include all elements and requirements set forth in South Carolina state law.
