The City of Philadelphia ("City") Water Revenue Bureau ("WRB") seeks a vendor that will provide a lead software consultant to perform interface programming tasks and lead production support in support of the basis2 water billing system. The consultant will map new or changing WRB billing and collection functional requirements against basis2 and implement basis2 capabilities to meet those requirements, as directed by OIT.
