2.7L Petrol SUV for US Embassy Malaysia

The US Embassy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a 2.7L sport utility vehicle.

All relevant details are in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov. All responses are due by 28 Feb 2025. Late submissions will not be considered. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word or MS-Excel or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 25MB. If the file size should exceed the 25MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 25MB each.
