Description

The Government intends to enter into a new real property lease contract for 6,750 rentable square feet (RSF) 5,000 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA), with a minimum of 25 parking spaces, for utilization as the Campbell County Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) which is to be located in in Lafollette, TN.

Tenant agency will be the Veterans Health Administration and approximately 27 full-time Federal employees.

The amount of space to be occupied is 5,000 net usable square feet.

Office hours for the facility are proposed to be from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
