The Government intends to enter into a new real property lease contract for 6,750 rentable square feet (RSF) 5,000 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA), with a minimum of 25 parking spaces, for utilization as the Campbell County Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) which is to be located in in Lafollette, TN.
- Tenant agency will be the Veterans Health Administration and approximately 27 full-time Federal employees.
