ENMAX Encompass Inc. (ENMAX) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractor(s) to deliver Collection Agency Services on behalf of ENMAX, for both primary and secondary assignments. ENMAX intends to enter into a Services Agreement with one or more, up to a maximum of five Contractor(s), depending on niche expertise for the Work described herein, for a minimum period of three years.

This RFP may result in multiple Master Service Agreements ("MSA") for the Work described herein.
