Period of Performance: 90 Days after NTP (Construction affecting water supply may only occur between 1 May 26 to 31 July 26)
A site visit is encouraged but not mandatory. A site visit is scheduled on Friday September 12, 2025, at 1100 Central Time (CT). To participate, the vendor shall email the Contracting Officer Elvia Arellano at elvia_arellano@fws.gov no later than 24hrs. prior to the site visit. The Government may cancel the scheduled visit if no email notifications are received. Questions will not be answered during the site visit.
Questions related to this solicitation are due by Tuesday September 16, 2025, at 1300 CT. ALL questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer Elvia Arellano at elvia_arellano@fws.gov. Questions and answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation; if no questions are received, no amendment will be posted. Questions received after this deadline will not be accepted.
QUOTES ARE DUE SEP 24, 2025, AT 1300 CENTRAL TIME. Quotes must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer Elvia Arellano at elvia_arellano@fws.gov. The basis of award will be best value to the Government considering past performance and price. Details for evaluation can be found in the Provisions and Clauses attachment Sections L & M.
