Notice to Bidders - 2025 Filter First Project

Due Date: Friday, May 23, 2025, on or before 9:00 AM, EST

The Lenawee Intermediate School District will receive sealed bid proposals from qualified Plumbing Contractors for the LISD 2025 Filter First Project. All proposals shall include all labor, materials, and permits.

A mandatory pre-bid walk through for interested parties is scheduled for Friday, May 09, 2025, starting at 2:00 p.m. in the TECH Center Building, Classroom #1, 1372 N. Main St., Adrian, MI.

All proposals shall be mailed or delivered to the front desk at the William J. Ross Building, 4107 N Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Proposals must be received prior to 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 23, 2025, and will be opened and read aloud in the Professional Development Room at a meeting open to the public. All bids will be evaluated after the bid opening. All bids received after the bid receipt deadline will be returned unopened. Facsimile bids will not be accepted.
