The service shall include all labour, materials and equipment necessary for the making of regular examinations of our elevators and lifts in accordance with the CSA-B44 and CSA-B55 elevator codes, including annual CAT1 testing, CAT5 testing (traction elevators), oiling, cleaning, and greasing, and other preventive maintenance tasks.
