Tender Call for Saskatoon Tribal Council Emergency Wellness Centre Flooring Replacement

Tenders for the flooring replacement for the Saskatoon Tribal Council Emergency Wellness Centre located at 415 Fairmont Drive in Saskatoon SK will be received up to 2:00 P.M. local Saskatoon time on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

Deliver bids electronically to info@wkarch.ca . Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder.

The intent of this bid call is to complete flooring replacement for an Emergency Wellness Centre located at 415 Fairmont Drive, Saskatoon, SK, for Stipulated Price Contract, in accordance with Contract Documents.

Tenders must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Certified Cheque (front and back), the Irrevocable Letter of Credit or the Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety’ in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender.

Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from SaskTenders or the Construction Associations.

There will be a site review meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 415 Fairmont Drive in Saskatoon. Interested bidders are to confirm their attendance as per the bid documents.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to sub-contractors.
