The project will generally include field survey, pavement condition assessment, rating in accordance to ASTM D6433 and IRI standards, generation of map layers, proposed Capital Improvement Plan, and final report. Interested firms should contact Randy Alemy, Director of Public Works, at (802) 264-5620 or via email at ralemy@colchestervt.gov to obtain a copy of the Request For Proposals and to be included on any addenda that may be issued. The due date for proposals is Thursday June 25, 2026 at 3:00pm.
