BRIEF DESCRIPTION: PATH is seeking the services of a qualified firm to provide a comprehensive software platform that supports Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) compliance requirements. Firms who believe they can compete for this requirement are required to submit an email with a brief statement of their intent to compete.
