Description:

Base Bid work includes a two-ply modified bitumen roof system for approximately 212 squares. Base Bid work also includes preparing, priming, and two coats of exterior marine grade paint to the roof scuttle, gravity vents, and all structural steel including building two raised expansion joints to separate the two ends from the main roof area.
