This project is intended to preserve and enhance an important civic and historic landmark while creating a vibrant lakefront destination that supports community use, tourism, small business activity, public gathering, and economic development.
Qualified proponents with demonstrated experience in municipal facilities, community spaces, commercial market development, waterfront and public realm projects, heritage-sensitive design, and Design-Build delivery are invited to submit proposals.
The County may choose to proceed with the project in phases, including design, pre-construction, cost validation, and construction, subject to Council approval, available budget, permitting, and final contract negotiations.
