1.) Is Builder's Risk Insurance required for this project?
No, builder's risk insurance is not required for this project. If there were an
element of converting the field to turf, that would be a different discussion, but with
the scope as currently proposed, builder's risk insurance is not a requirement.
2.) Are any town permits required for this project?
The Building Department stated that there are no permits that would be required.
Nothing additional to be filed. The work is on the field only; no city permits are
required.
All else remains the same.
