NOTICE TO BIDDERS – CITY OF WOLFFORTH

The City of Wolfforth is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for Landscaping Services

for the City of Wolfforth PID #2, also known as Preston Manor

Sealed Bids must be received by the City Secretary’s Office no later than:

3:00 PM, Thursday, May 21, 2026

All sealed bids must be received at the designated location by the deadline shown. Bids

received after the deadline will not be considered for the award of the contract and shall be

considered void and unacceptable.

All bids will be opened, and bidder’s names publicly read aloud promptly in the

City Hall Council Chambers, at 302 Main Street, Wolfforth, Texas, at 3:00 PM,

Thursday, May 21, 2026

Respondents shall submit one (1) original marked "ORIGINAL," paper copy and one (1)

electronic copy on USB drive or via trobinette@wolfforthtx.us in searchable PDF format.

The paper copy bid must be delivered in a sealed envelope with a return address and clearly

marked "RFP No. 2026-005 — Preston Manor Landscaping — DO NOT OPEN."

The bidder’s firm name shall appear on the outside of the envelope.

Should you have any questions or require additional information or clarification on

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bids. In case of

ambiguity or lack of clarity in stating the prices in any bid, the City reserves the right to

consider the most advantageous pricing thereof, or to reject the bid. The award will be made to

the responsible bidder who provides services at the best value to the City.
