RFQ for Architectural Services

Project Description: The Township of Warminster is soliciting statements of qualifications (RFQ) for professional architectural services to assist the Township and Spirit Golf Management in the planning, design and construction of the Five Ponds Golf Course Clubhouse expansion and renovations. The project consists of an approximate 60 ft x 68 ft, 2-story building addition, with basement, for expansion/renovation of the banquet facilities (200 seats), bar area (34 seats), kitchen, offices and storage. The project will also include the addition of two (2) indoor golf simulators and a 2,000 square-foot outdoor covered patio (132 seats). The Architectural Scope of Basic Services shall consist of Schematic Planning, Design Plan Development, Construction Documentation, Bidding Administration, Construction Administration. The scope will also include preparation of specific estimates of all probable costs associated with clubhouse improvements and a rough estimate of the time necessary to complete the potential construction work. All site related engineering services including civil engineering, survey, landscape architecture, environmental services, geotechnical and construction testing will be provided by the Township Engineer. The RFQ should include the following information: • Overview of the Firm’s professional services, staff and qualifications. Include business address, person to contact, email and telephone number. • Project examples that you feel best represent your Firm’s capability to complete this project. • Provide detailed resumes for key architectural staff to be assigned to this project. Resumes should include professional qualifications, years of experience and recent pertinent project experience. • List all sub-contracted consultants that may be used for this project. • Brief description of the design approach and design delivery techniques you intend to use for this project. • Statement indicating that they have no conflict of interest with Warminster Township. • Include all other pertinent information that you would like the Township to consider.
