Project Description: The City of Cincinnati is seeking proposals to assist the City with acquisition of real property on behalf of the City pursuant to Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended (42 U.S.C. Chapter 61) and Ohio Revised Code Chapter 163. Contractor shall coordinate all activities with the City Law Department’s Real Estate/Property Management Division (“Real Estate Division”).
