Summary
The County is seeking bids from qualified Vendors for Mason Dixon Athletic Complex Renovation - Phase 2 , in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation.
Background
The County is seeking to complete Phase 2 renovations at the Mason Dixon Athletic Complex in Delmar, MD. Phase 1 was completed in the Summer of 2026 which included field re-orientation, irrigation, fencing and, other field improvements. Among other items, Phase 2 will be highlighted by construction of a new parking lot and a new concessions/restroom building. The parking lot is a critical component of the project as it enhances overall site accessibility and public safety. Since the majority of the 2026 Little League season was lost due to construction, it is important that Phase 2 be completed by March 15, 2027, so that the upcoming season will not be disrupted. The County will work with the contractor(s) to provide access to the site as soon as contracts are awarded to maximize the time available.
