NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract ECOSALT DEICER W X22 26-080-FM on or before September 18, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at steven.pasko@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.
Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile ("Fax") will not be accepted.
STATEMENT OF WORKDuPage County (“County”) Facilities Management is seeking a bidder to furnish and deliver Ecosalt accelerated granular deicer with X-22 anti-corrosion inhibitor. The County shall not accept substitutions. The awarded bidder shall deliver the F.O.B. Destination and delivered to the County campus located at 170 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, Illinois 60187
Bidders shall include the following information with submission:
- Detailed specifications (Product Data Sheets) and descriptive literature outlining product characteristics, effective temperature ranges, and application
- Full disclosure Safety Data Sheets (“SDS”) sheets, including all ratios and percentages
- Independent lab results outlining the chemical analysis of the product
Bidders failing to submit the requested information shall be considered non-responsive.
