STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR

USCGC James Reduction Gear Plate Cooler Repairs

1. OBJECTIVE

The objective of this Statement of Work is to overhaul a reduction gear cooler from the USCGC JAMES' Reduction gears Port and Starboard to ensure its proper functionality and operational readiness. IAW CG Maintenance Procedure card M-C-16768 and M-C-16768. Vendor shall provide parts provided below. Which are plates and gasket assemblies. Which will allow USCG to carry out repairs on the reduction gears.

Channel Plate NIIN: 015034473- P/N: 3675412403 QTY 338

End Plate I P/N: 3675410476 QTY 2

End Plate II P/N: 3675410483 QTY 2

For Starboard Cooler

Rubber Lining (Pipe Connection), P/N: 345-048-5102, CAGE: 71871, NIIN: 016856315 (4)

For Port Cooler

Rubber Lining (Pipe Connection), P/N: 345-048-5102, CAGE: 71871, NIIN: 016856315 (4)

3. Notes

It is known that these cooler plate and gaskets can be purchased as an entire assembly which is highly recommended.
