The Contractor shall provide vehicles without drivers for the official use of the U. S. Consulate General Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Contractor shall provide all managerial, administrative, direct labor personnel, vehicles, drivers (if required by the Work Statement), communication equipment, all running expenses (i.e. oil, etc.), and including all servicing and insurance of such vehicles that are necessary to accomplish all work required by this contract.
This will be a firm-fixed price type of contract at monthly rates. Incidental charges like traffic violations, accidents and mileage shall be handled in separate procurement action on a case-bycase
basis.
The contract will be for the period of one (1) year with two one-year options.
