OPEN - Request for Proposals (RFP) Residential Real Estate Appraisal Services

The New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA), to meet its needs and activities, is requesting proposals from qualified appraisal firms to provide Residential Real Estate Appraisal Services for properties with fewer than four (4) units and vacant or unimproved land. The services sought in the RFP are intended to cover properties in NORA’s inventory or that may be acquired by NORA. It is anticipated that NORA will enter into multiple Professional Services Contracts with the successful respondents for the provision of appraisal services. Services will be requested on an as-needed basis.

During the period between the issuance of this RFP and the due date, no oral interpretation of the RFP requirements will be provided to any prospective Offeror.  All questions and requests for interpretation must be submitted in writing to Lucinda Rachel, Purchasing Specialist, via email at lvrachel@nola.gov . The deadline for submitting questions is Friday, September 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (CST). NORA will reasonably attempt to answer questions submitted in advance. All questions and answers will be provided via an addendum.

All proposals must be uploaded to an assigned shared folder no later than THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (CST).  All responses must be received by NORA on or before the submission deadline. Responses delivered after the deadline will not be considered.
