RFP26-007 Baler Building Redesign
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide professional design services for the Central Peninsula Landfill Baler Building. This redesign will address: new office space, meeting room, bathrooms, front desk public area and designated operational waste/recycling areas.
This project includes the following scope, but is not limited to: Site visits, existing condition review, incorporation of Borough approved recommendations, 100% design doc, construction admin, close out and warranty services. |
