Event Description
The State of South Dakota – Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) is the
recipient of federal Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD) funding provided
by the Department of Commerce – National Telecommunications and Information
Administration (NTIA) to provide broadband service to South Dakota residences. South
Dakota has limited staff and limited experience to implement and monitor the National
Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) as it relates to sub-awardees of the grant. They are
seeking qualified respondents to administer the NEPA requirement of the grants as required
by NTIA.
Offerors may email inquiries concerning this RFP to obtain clarification of requirements. No inquiries will be accepted after the date and time indicated in the Schedule of Activities. Inquiries must be emailed to Sarah Ebeling at sarah.ebeling@state.sd.us with the subject line “RFP #26RFP18911”.
The State will to respond to offeror’s inquiries (if required) via e-mail. In addition, all inquiries and the State’s response will be posted on the state’s e-procurement system. Offerors may not rely on any other statements, either of a written or oral nature, that alter any specification or other term or condition of this RFP. Offerors will be notified in the same manner as indicated above regarding any modifications to this RFP.
