Please take notice that the Los Angeles County Internal Services Department (ISD) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals to contract with a firm that can provide a fully managed, 24/7x365/366 Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) Services which will include SIEM/SOAR platform and MXDR Services to ultimately deliver a virtual Countywide Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC). Interested and qualified Proposers that meet the minimum mandatory requirements (refer to Section 4.0 (Minimum Mandatory Requirements) of the RFP) and that can demonstrate their ability to successfully provide MXDR Services are invited to submit Proposal(s). A Mandatory Proposers' Teleconference will take place on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 10 a.m. Refer to Section1.0 (Solicitation Information and Minimum Mandatory Requirements) and 8.3 (Mandatory Proposers' Teleconference) of the RFP for details.
