The City is seeking professional On-Call consulting services in the following Public Works areas: (1) Civil Engineering; (2) Climate Action, Sustainability, and Resilience Support Services; (3) Construction Management and Cost Estimating; (4) Electrical Consulting and Engineering; (5) Emergency Management; (6) Environmental Consulting and Monitoring; (7) Geographic Information Systems; (8) Geotechnical Services; (9) Hydrology and Stormwater; (10) Landscape Architecture; (11) Material Testing; (12) Mechanical Engineering Services; (13) Pavement Management; (14) Public Outreach; (15) Right-of-Way; (16) Subsurface Utility Engineering; (17) Surveying; (18) Traffic Engineering; (19) Water and Wastewater Consulting and Engineering.

The City of Thousand Oaks is located in eastern Ventura County and consists of 56 square miles. The City population is approximately 122,000. The City is a general law city operating under the Council/Manager form of government.
