Scope of Services: The Town of Leland, North Carolina invites qualified firms to submit a qualification proposal in accordance with North Carolina Statutes to provide professional engineering and design consulting services associated with the preliminary engineering, right of way acquisition, construction estimating, and preparation of the final design construction documents of the Gateway District Utility Resiliency project. The RFQ document provides complete information on the scope of services being sought, timeline, and submission requirements. The Town will receive written responses to this RFQ through Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
