This scope of work outlines the required tasks for the upgrade of a 10 Ton Heat Pump Split System. The project will include replacement, removal and disposal of current 10 Ton Condenser, Air Handler, Line Set, and any related ductwork not utilized as transitional to accommodate the new air handler. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 1:00PM on June 16, 2025, at DMV Customer Service Center, 850 Widgeon Road, Norfolk, VA 23513. All bids shall be submitted electronically through eVA only www.eVA.virginia.gov.
