Notice is hereby given that His Majesty the King, in right of the Province of British Columbia, as represented by the Minister responsible for the BC Public Service Agency (“Province”) is contemplating making a direct award of a contract for the delivery of administrative services related to its self-insured Long-term Disability (LTD) Plan to The Canada Life Assurance Company (the “Supplier”).
