Description

This project involves a comprehensive upgrade to the existing wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), including the supply, installation, and commissioning of a temporary electrical and control system to power the current wastewater treatment components, as well as a temporary sodium hypochlorite system. The existing process building will be demolished, and a new headworks, including automated screens, grit removal systems, and associated infrastructure, will be constructed. New SBR pumping stations, tanks, and a process building with UV disinfection and aeration systems will be built. Modifications to the Oxidation Ditch and installation of a new sanitary sump pump station are planned, along with the demolition of outdated WWTP infrastructure. Additionally, the project includes geotechnical investigations, yard piping, and the restoration of roads and landscaping.
