The Minnesota Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT), partnering with the Minnesota Board of Animal Health (BAH), intends to renew an agreement with Trace First, Inc., for up to 12 months to maintain access to the CoreOne Application System.
BAH requires a software application for livestock disease surveillance, management, and tracing, and CoreOne supports these critical business functions. The CoreOne application system also makes it possible to submit and receive data from BAH’s federal partner, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
Trace First, Inc., retains all rights, title, and interest in the CoreOne application system. Additionally, Trace First, Inc., is the sole provider of the hosting, maintenance, and as-needed support, which are exclusively available through the company. For these reasons, the renewal has been deemed a single source.
