Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Lethbridge (the “City”) to
prospective respondents to submit quotations for Supply of Oil and Lubricants, as further
described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of five (5) years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2) terms of up to five (5) years each.
