The City of Calgary (The City) is anticipating the need for real estate advisory services for new Greenfield, Redevelopment, and Brownfield sites and facilities across the city that are required to accommodate City services.
The City is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide real estate and development advisory services, including but not limited to planning, real estate advisory, portfolio analysis and other services, for the development of studies, and market analysis for The City corporate facilities portfolio, to support short, medium, and long-term corporate facilities planning for The City.
The standing offer is for work of low, medium, and high complexity (see classification tool in Appendix F). This includes scope that will range from requiring the full suite of advisory services, to scopes for individual component reports. There will also be scopes for supplemental administrative, visualization, and coordination support.
Advisory services include but not limited to: Insights and research, market studies, facilities portfolio analysis, development proforma, private development market guidance, demographic studies, development feasibility analysis, highest and best use, property assessment, retail, food and beverage studies, valuations, disposition strategies, proxy services, rent analysis and other commercial, industrial, and residential real estate advisory services.
